Raised in Jalisco and deeply connected to the region’s tequila heritage, Carlos is passionate about maintaining traditional methods while incorporating modern efficiencies. He ensures that the slow-cooking process in traditional brick ovens is done to perfection, allowing the natural flavors of the agave to develop fully.
