At AgaveLuz, we’re dedicated to reviving the timeless tradition of authentic tequila-making. Crafted slowly and organically in Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico, our tequila is made with just two pure ingredients: organic agave and pristine spring water.

In partnership with the Montes family at Tequila Las Americas (NOM 1480), a distillery with three generations of agave farming and distillation expertise, we produce additive-free tequila in small batches. Each bottle is hand-numbered, emphasizing its unique quality and our commitment to traditional craftsmanship.

Pamela Maria De La Luz – “The Tequila Lady”

Tequila is an integral part of my culture and one of the memories that made growing up near Jalisco so special. When I began my journey in the tequila industry 20 years ago, almost all tequilas tasted authentic. Today, many brands are mass-produced, loaded with additives, and promoted by celebrities who lack discernment. The art of making tequila and the authentic flavors I cherish seem to have been lost.

That’s why I founded AgaveLuz! My mission is to bring back the tradition of authentic, organic, small-batch, additive-free tequila. At AgaveLuz, we craft tequila the way it was made over 100 years ago to ensure an exceptional tequila experience. I wanted to revive the authentic taste and artistry of tequila-making, staying true to the heritage and quality that define real tequila.
